Zen den wellness1/16/2024 ![]() You can look forward to sunrise meditation twice a week on the beach, walks on the beach, bike rides around town, daily meditation, two yoga classes a day (except Saturday), and a variety of classes, lectures, movies, or events scattered throughout the week in the evenings. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of the retreat facilitators or owners and be given a tour.ĭuring your disconnect to reconnect time with, you will be taught how to make your own nutritionally packed smoothies for breakfast and lunch this will allow you to become empowered to learn how to take the skills of eating healthy home with you. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All of the guest houses have central air conditioning and they do have fans for those in need. The rooms are decorated in a minimalistic way with 1 or 2 beds in each room and dressers for your belongings. You will enjoy a zen experience in a private or shared room and can choose to have an en suite bathroom. Inside, there are plenty of welcoming spaces to meditate, study, leisurely read, or socialize with other guests, including 2 library spaces and state-of-the-art kitchens. The infrared sauna and cold plunge tub are available and very beneficial. They have a saltwater pool and a hot tub lots of outdoor lounging and seating spaces to enjoy the sunny weather. You can enjoy sitting in the crystal garden, hammocks, hanging in the Aerial yoga silks, or just hanging from the inversion table. The 1+ acre property consists of 3 houses in a tropical setting with 2 outdoor yoga decks, 1 indoor yoga studio, and the 500 square feet Seminole Tiki hut for yoga, meditation, and events. The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ new home on the Tempe campus, Armstrong Hall, has a great new space that’s perfect for chilling out. The space is typically pretty calm, so bring your study materials and work on your homework with a view. Grab a comfy chair and relax while checking out the amazing views of campus.
